    AMERICA!

    MANY of us brick and mortar companies were here long before facebook. As social media became popular, SO DID IP THEFT! Unless your a VICTIM to this. Most likely you'll never agree nor care. But here's why you may want to start.
    IT AMAZES me that we as a people will allow our original constitutional rights slip under the carpet (NPAA). So naturally when it comes to the internet IP. ANYONE that does not produce a product or creative work in this country is NATURALLY going to follow the heard. As the "opponents" may use scare tactics in order to keep their pockets lined with the ill gotten gains from counterfeiters, pirates and rouge sites alike. GUESS WHO PAYS THE PRICE? Of course they want this to go away. The cost of complying with this action would be extensive to their "business model".

    FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AS A PATENT HOLDING DESIGNER, DEVELOPER, ENGINEER, THIS needs to be refined and STAY! This new legislation is about HOW we control our U.S. intellectual property. Under current legislation the unscrupulous can do whatever they want.
    Its about IP theft! NOT HYPER LINKING! NOT CENSORSHIP!.......

    Say they allow a client to host pirated material or sell counterfeit goods on / from their servers.
    Does this hurt you?
    Your American Job?
    Your American Economy?
    Sure why not?
    Give away all of our intellectual property to not loose your precious Facebook or Google? or eBay?
