HOW TO ORDER We accept internet orders or PAYMENT INFORMATION We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks made payable to AEDCentral.com. We also accept personal checks and are subject to a 7-10 hold. Please contact us for Direct Wire Transfer information. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. NO C.O.D. orders are accepted at this time. SALES TAX All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 7.75%. SHIPPING & HANDLING All items will be shipped via ground services unless otherwise requested. Ground Effects kits are Oversized (OS) items and therefore (OS) rate charges apply. All freight charges are the customer's responsibility. Depending on the items ordered, your freight fees will vary. All orders are subject to a $35-15 handling fee. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Refused packages are not accepted. If refused, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the destinations. EXPEDITED SHIPPING Please call AEDC for Next Day and 2nd day shipping quotes. AEDC would be more than happy to give you a quote for other shipping methods. DAMAGE CLAIMS Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the individual delivering you the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately contact AEDC's Customer Service at 949-362-1048. AEDC is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after of receipt of delivery when signed for clear. WARRANTIES Body Kits: Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, AEDC is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your fiberglass parts) or act of nature/God, etc... All body kits are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only. Buyer understands that all body kits may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/ technician install and paint any body kit for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for. RETURNS Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. AEDC will not accept returned merchandise without prior authorization. Parts that have been prepped, painted or altered in any way are not returnable. Returns due to shipping must be an unused condition and returned in the original packaging. If shipped items are refused the customer is responsible for freight on all returned orders. All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs. SPECIAL
ORDERS All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to AEDC. AEDC shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
